I am surprised through all of these buy-backs that we have not heard complaining about the Elite Queue R&D Packs. You'd get the impression from those that enjoy depriving others that they could argue:
'I've spent half a bajillion EC and three billion Dilithium and fine-tuned my Ship to run Elite PVE Queues until my eyes bleed and you are letting the unwashed masses of non-DPSers get those R&D Packs!!! How could you betray us Cryptic? Hurump.'
