Exploit allows KDF to kill Nukara Prime Fed Quest NPC

Bug report #3879003 was filed right after they finished killing the npc and has name@handle for the players involved which I will not post here per forum rules. Hopefully it has combat log info that helps track down how the KDF characters got into the Fed base. But I may have gotten there too late as they were already in the base when I arrived.

    Yup, been quite a few on Nukara killing the NPC in the base camp, preventing players from accessing missions there. Not once, but over and over and over to troll players.

    I no longer do any Bug Hunting work for Cryptic. I may resume if a serious attempt to fix the game is made.
