Sol set 3-piece heal Discharge Repair Nanites gets put on cooldown by Aux2Bat, Damp & SIF

As title states, the highly useful heal from the Sol set 3 piece gets put on a 10 second cooldown whenever any Aux2 abaility is used... and given these abilities' low cooldowns themselves, this happens annoyingly often. It also works vice-versa.

I assume this is not WAI, as it makes this heal practically unusable by anyone who uses Aux2Bat, Damp or SIF, which are all popular abilities.

    I no longer do any Bug Hunting work for Cryptic. I may resume if a serious attempt to fix the game is made.

    Bumped. No sign of a fix on the horizon. Please bring more attention to this, it breaks the set in my opinion.
