I brought 20 of these Boxes (a lot of duplicates).

1. The Fleet Krenim Doff is Random, therefore they should not be bound.
2. They automatically are unpacked
3. When Rooster is full, they go to the overflow bag

I would imagine that if this is a DOFF you can only get from your Fleet Research Lab then it is probably bound to prevent it being sold on the exchange similar to all Fleet items
