Kobali Bridge Officer Problem

I got the Kobali Bridge officer and put her on my away team.I noticed that she was missing her commander ground ability.the space is plank and I can't click on it to change add abilities.

Did you check that right after adding her? Try changing a map once or twice. It happened to me on newly commissioned boffs several times, but sorted itself out after a map change.​​
