Trying to figure out if its my Graphics card or server delay in loading.

Hi i'm trying to figure out if its my graphics card or just a delay in the server loading the map i'm in, but every time i log in or change toons and either open up the inventory or Doffing and on occasion parts of the map they are invisible or only partially loaded for between 5-10 secs. Occurs in both space and ground for the Inventory/Doffing.

I'm using a late 2013 iMac
quad core i5 processor 2.9ghz
8gb ram
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 1024 MB
Not running windows bootcamp as unable to install drivers to get any mouse or keyboard working.

I have settings set to low for both render and cpu details.
World details and Terrain details are set to low

I've played with the settings and after the initial log in the inventory and Doffing they are fine however intermittently parts of the map tend to go invisible. Worst places for this are Voth Battlezone and ESD. I'd count New Rom but that has always been a problem even on my older iMac running windows bootcamp.

Also under the HUD i'm unable to change enemy non-player characters settings. I want to change fighter life to always so i can see mines and fighters. But each time i select the drop down menu it just jumps me back to the top of the HUD setting page.

I experience the same issue, but my hardware isn't even as good as yours, and I play on mostly medium to high settings.

It could be related to GPU, but most likely related to coding, and quite possibly how a computer handles page filing.

A SSD might aid this issue, as well as a 2Gb GPU, but this isn't something that I can prove!

Setting adjustments, have never made a difference for me, unless I change from DX11 to DX9, in which case the client crashing issue I have, will occur more often!!!
