After some troubles of buying zen, i got another one if i buy keys, they well be bound to my account.
Does anyone know how long the probation takes since the key sale ends at the 30th already?
Are you buying zen through Steam?
I had everything bound to account that I bought when I bought through Steam. As soon as I stopped doing that and bought Zen through their site it all went away.
It is my understanding that buying stuff through Steam will cause this issue due to the return policy that Steam has.
After you buy the Zen, if you get a message saying that your purchase will be bound, don't buy anything. Close STO completely (don't just log out, close the entire thing) and then re-start STO. For some reason, the process that frees up your purchase after confirmation doesn't always work right and restarting the game will allow you to spend your Zen normally.
This happened to me the first time I made a Zen Purchase through Steam after the implementation of this process. Doing that let me spend my Zen and the issue never happened again. Hope it helps you.
