Missing IKS Taral

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I have few toons - KDF and FED. And notice strange thing in Battle Omega Group.
Fed have their NPC ship with requisition weapons. According to StoWiki, IKS Taral (req weapons) is on Battle Omega Group, but i don't see this NPC there.
Cryptic deleted this NPC or it's a bug in BOG?
