New Romulus (Staging Area) still suffering from long load times when progress gets to 97-98% loaded

Trying to load a character into the staging area on New Romulus results in the Loading progress reaching 98% and hanging for a long time (a few minutes). This was an issue on Earth Spacedock and Deep Space Nine up until a couple weeks ago, but it was recently fixed on those maps. It seems that New Romulus has not yet been fixed, as it is still taking a long time to load.

I hate to say it, but it's not been fixed on ESD or DS9, I spent upwards of 65mins trying to get a single toon in DS9 Friday afternoon.​​
