Two things.
One, when a ship goes to transwarp, it disappears immediately. Then you hear the noise and see the effects of the buildup to transwarp, the the 'woosh' sound of it departing...but there's no ship. It's already gone.
Two, and this is not a bug per se, but more like a set of transitions that don't make sense. For instance, when I'm on the surface of a planet or in a space station and I wish to visit my bridge, my character fades out then fades back in at the bridge. Likewise when I return. But if I'm flying my ship thru space and wish to transfer to the bridge and walk around, it's a beam-out cut scene. Shouldn't it be the other way around??? I mean if I'm already piloting the ship, why would I beam to the bridge?
