Cannot start mission "Uneasy Allies" with two leve 55+ delta recruits

I have submitted tickets everywhere I can think of but have not received any response. I have two Delta Recruits who did not exist when the Iconian War mission Uneasy Allies was the featured mission. They are both level 55 or greater but the hail option is greyed out on both characters. The last in game ticket id I was given was 3,837,716.

I believe Uneasy Allies is a Level 56 mission, so there is that. Also, not entirely positive, but I believe you have to first complete or skip through The Delta Quadrant episodes to enable the Hail button. Each separate episode arc usually won't enable until the previous arc has been completed/skipped.

Well, one of my Deltas is level 60 and the other is 58 so I think that should be higher than the minimum which is 56. You do bring up a good point about the Delta arc completion, I may have to use a non-Delta character to confirm.

Have you completed the missions leading up to Uneasy Allies? If not then you won't be able to do it.

Thank you. I had asked if there were prerequisites in one of my tickets and was answered with silence. That makes sense. I suppose that's the downside of running the mission when it was featured, I forgot about needing to do the missions before with other characters.
