Crafted Warp Cores are not getting mods after rarity increases.

Crafted Warp Cores failing to get mods after UR upgrades I have crafted several plasma integrated warp cores over the weekend and got the mods I wanted. Once I upgraded them however, the ones that went to UR got no mods??? How is this possible that the warp cores are now getting no mod at rarity upgrade to UR? If this is the case, then what would be the point in buying or crafting Superior Engineering Exp upgrade and using a Research boost to only see it to go UR and gain nada? Maybe the whole W->S fix has caused the crafted warp cores to get no mods now at rarity upgrade. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated. thanks

I have made warp core and sing core last november. And I have reported it to the bug report and gm help and they have done nothing. So i wouldn't expect them to fix this problem any time soon. I even have a mk 14 core that is ultra rare and I have gone and tried to upgrade it again to see if it would get a mod but nothing.
