Mail: Cannot retrieve crafting items

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I could not retrieve crafting materials, tech upgrades, nor catalysts from my mail.

I have enough room in my inventory.
I tried retrieving each of them multiple times from the terminal by the Exchange on ESD.

This post is chasing submitted tickets.

    Well, first guess. Does this mean you can collect things other than those items? Did you mail them to yourself?​​

    I did mail those items to myself. I have retrieved doffs I mailed to myself.
