Submitting Bug Report closes game, no error message. Left mouse button holding error.

I have tried submitting a bug report in game and twice it closed the game to desktop when I hit submit. I do not want to keep testing this if the bug reports are going through, so I am bringing it up here.
The bug I was reporting was the non functioning of the left mouse button holding actions in STO. Any action that requires holdiong the left mouse button such as dragging inventory or window slider bars in the game does not function, although outside the game it functions fine. I tried switching the mouse and restarting the game to no avail. Outside the game, even in Arc with the sliding bar to the right of this message, I can drag with the left mouse without issue.
