You'd have to go looking for it, but the "Path to 2409" says that Odo is now the Great Link's "ambassador to the solids" so it sounds like he's spending his time in the Gamma Quadrant.
She didn't strike me as being a negative influence. She's probably a bit sore about having been held by the Federation for so long, but she didn't seem to have any problems trying to order Kar'Ukan (sp?) to withdraw from DS9 and her tone of voice sounded like she just wanted all the fighting to end.
The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.
Since we let the female Founder return to the Dominion in The 2800, , her negative influence will likely hamper Odo's efforts with the great link.
It's not like the Founders have had a lack of their members coming back to the Gamma Quadrant after the Dominion War. 1 more that was a prisoner isn't going to change what they already know of the Alpha and Beta Quadrant powers. To date in STO, the Dominion has honored their part of the peace treaty. Hell, when DS9 fell to the missing-then-returned fleet of Kar'ukan, the Dominion didn't take advantage of it and even helped in the end in the Iconian War.

No they did not... They stayed away, knowing full well that they could have ended the takeover whenever they wanted, but waited until they could draw advantage of the situation.
The only reason why they "helped" in the end, was because the Jem'hadar refused to follow orders and had to be exterminated...
After all, how many Jem'hadar and Vorta helped you infiltrate and take over DS9 when it came down to it?
Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...

Believe it or not, sovereign states seldom do anything unless they get something out of it. Diplomacy isn't a series of freebie, goodwill acts
As for the very end of the arc when Kar'ukan refused to follow orders, the Feds/KDF (whoever you were playing at the time) immediately get into a shootout with Kar'ukan's forces. There were no other Dominion forces with you.

The Dominion dosen't care about supremacy... They care about their soldiers following orders, and that was something they did not do.
They are just letting us getting softened up, for their comeback...
You'll see... After all, it's a new dawn right?

Well, if you want a New Dominion War, I'm all for it. Better than some of the past conflicts we've had recently
Complete, separate Dominion Faction.
Existing and new Dominion warships.
Playable Jem'Hadar, Vorta, and other Gamma Quadrant races.
Dare I say it?... Playable Founders?
Turn the Beta Quadrant ingame into a massive invasion zone by the Dominion. A giant Kerrat, a true Serengetti for STO

Actually just look at the list of races in the Gamma Quadrant Doff pack. Karemma, Dosi, Wadi, they sound like they'd make things interesting.
After the events of the Iconian War, they slowly rode their way back home but taking scans of all the systems they passed through to collect Intel and Tactical data... they are planning a new invasion soon... BELIEVE!
Their participation in the Iconian war is key. The Dominion doesn't do anything without a price nor without a long term plan. If Sela brokered their intervention there is a reason they agreed.

Which could one day lead to a Gamma Quadrant expansion and us fighting the Dominion again...which hopefully will bring in the Cardassian faction!

It's part of the STO Lore...
It used to be on the webpage... the first one... but now you have to farm the academy.
