Bonuses to plasma projectiles

I've started building a set around plasma projectiles and I noticed a few inconsistencies that should be addressed. The 2pc bonus on the lobi contractual agreement set does not boost the damage of the plasmatic biomatter torpedo even though +PIP consoles do. Furthermore the same 2pc bonus doesn't boost the corrosive plasma's burst mine launcher, and it's even part of the same set. The corrosive mine launcher is also not even boosted by +PIP consoles, whereas it's closest analog the lobi tethered quantum mine launcher is enhanced just fine by quantum projectile tactical consoles. Since lobi items and sets represent a fair amount of effort to obtain, I hope these issues can be addressed timely.
