Cannot activate environmental suit

A very odd issue happened to one of my alts month or two ago. I switched the EV suit and couldn't activate it the other time. I tried to switch it again and again, tried the other suits but it didn't work - no activation submenu appeared. That is really annoying, cause I neither cand do the Nukara missions, nor the ordinary episodes that require them - remembered about the issue while trying to run the Stormbound featured. Still, with the other toons EV activation works normally.

Did you try enabling the environmental suit tray? You may have disabled it by mistake for that toon. Goto a ground map and equip your EV suit for that toon. Now look at the upper right of your power tray. You should now see the "Toggle the EV suit tray". It should be above "view all abilities" and "adjust number of trays". Hit it once and it should be gtg. If you don't see that toggle then it is time for a ticket.
