Uncompletable, non-droppable missions on New Romulus

I have several reputation-unlocked missions on New Romulus that can't be entered, and hence can't be completed. The interactable objects used to trigger them are not flashing / usable for me. I also can't drop these missions, presumably because they were intended to be played only once. They've been stuck in this bugged state for months, I think since before Delta Rising.

I think I got into this situation by advancing my Romulan rep through Tier V without completing any of these missions as they unlocked.

I asked for GM help, but they suggested I file it as a bug in game and post here. Any suggestions would be appreciated

The bugged missions are:
1) Secret Shuttle Codes
2) Web Access
3) Secrets of the Ancients

Yes, they are from doing the Romulan rep. There should be a contact NPC near the local transporter location that will give you a task that will make the entrances to these missions accessible. Indeed, they are not droppable missions and only need to be done once.

It's not bugged, per say. It's how it's intended to be, albeit, it lacks the necessary information to activate the mission. However, it would be a lot more helpful if one didn't have to speak to the NPC's to access it in the first place.

That works. Man, I had no idea that was what I was supposed to do - there was no direction to those NPCs or pips on the map. @_@
