T6 cross faction dreanought bundle

Ibought the T6 bundle on 11/28/15 and it took the 4800 zen but it dinot give it to me. I rebought it on the 11/30/15 after I bought more zen and sold dilli and I recive it. And i have talked to support and as i thought they would say that i only bought the bundle once on 11/30/15. So support can't hlep me. This is the secound time i have bought somethig from the c-store and not recived it. Now this doesn't happen all the time just random thing. Im not mad I just want the dve teaam to check up on the c-sotre and see if they can find out whats going on with it. It has a glitch in it, a bug, that some thing are bought and not recived.
