I'm just reading these responses and having a laugh now. The original question was asked and answered and I was cool with it (thanks to all who clued me in in a civil manner BTW), meanwhile the panties are a-twistin' while I'm having fun with my new ship!

Too funny. Surprised this hasn't been locked yet.
Please....continue.
Pretty much the way the forum here works
ask question A get trolled and flammed finally someone answers question A after all the before mentioned trolling and flaming.
Just like the song i posted in this thread was meant as , it seems bad but once you get the right answers the those things werent as bad as you initially thought it was.
It does seem like Cryptic could make this a bit clearer, for those who just skim and who never read the forums until it's too late. Something at the TOP of the ship description like:
Note: fleet ships DO NOT include the ship console or mastery trait from the C-Store version.
If that was line 1 of the description in ship & shuttle requisitions I'd be all for putting the boot in to anyone who starts a thread about them being missing
It may not be line 1, but it's on every ship equipment announcement, when a new ship comes up for sale. No-one has an excuse to blame Cryptic for their own failure to read what's in the box, and it's just the same as someone who skips the tutorial or doesn't read the instructions. Either by way of looking up the wiki for a ship build or whatever, the amount of people who want hand-holding and molly-coddling is astounding!
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
I scribble this sh¡t out on my cell, i made a mistake, sorry
But my point still stands, we had three same subject threads in the course of two weeks (against forum policy btw) and it is only reoccuring because people cant learn from or bother to read others' threads. Its redundant. And prolly not the last one either, next week someone will pop up complaining about no trait or console on fleet ships.
And the delivery doesn't matter. Am i being harsh? Prolly, but real life is that way. I'm toughening you up for when you enter the real world.

I have seen you ask a lot of questions on this forum in the Academy Section. People didn't treat you the way you treat people that ask questions today. They answered your questions and helped you, and in turn you treat people like this?
I remember when you weren't so hostile, hopefully you get over whatever it is that's made you think you're the expert of everything STO and somehow qualified to talk down to others. The forum has plenty of people that attack anyone asking a simple question, it could use more people that actually want to help.

This one was a gem. Was even edited after the fact. I'm printing this one out.

good luck merry Q-Mas and a happy PEW Year
I've seen a few. The ones where certain words in the OP are replaced "Mad-Libs" style are my favorite.
