No First Time Buyer pack

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I purchased quite a lot of Zen during Black Friday sale, and I have waited patiently to see if my account would eventually get flagged with First Time Buyer.
As of today, it has not.

it would be great if you people could check my account, acknowledge that I never bought Zen til last Friday and deliver my First Time Buyer pack in the promotions section of the C-Store.

    Are you using steam for your purchases?

    nope, I play through Arc and bought my Zen there too.

    The First time buyers pack is not under promotions tab. Its under items tab.

    Will check this out as soon as Q will get the server back online, but I am pretty sure I looked at all the tabs, just in case.
    Nonetheless I will trust your expertise and check again.

    I have checked and I can confirm that no tab of my Cstore contains the First Time Buyer Pack I am looking for.
    I am still waiting for CS to check on my account and deliver it in the CStore.
