Traveling in Alpha Quadrent

While moving in Sector Space in the Alpha Quadrent, the Ship stops like it hit a wall. Throttle is full all controlls work normally, but the ship will not move. If you turn enough you might can find a path for the ship to move forward, but after a few seconds, repeat.

This is only happening when travelling towards the lower half of the map from the upper half. No issues going from Lower to upper.

A couple of fleet mates and several people in Zone chat have the same issue.
