To be honest, I'd be quite happy with the Guardian in a Galaxy/Venture skin, maybe with that Ensign Universal as a Hybrid Universal/Pilot seat. I'm using a T6 Galaxy at the moment, but the Command powers suck.

I wanted a Fed carrier that had 4 nacelles, but the attack portion was a full cruiser with its own two nacelles, and it separated from the longer 3rd hull, that would be long like a navy carrier, had its own two nacelles, and acted as a slow moving beam boat pet that deployed the fighters as the player piloted the nimble light cruiser. In universe, the fast attack carrier would also serve as a colony transport and planet evacuation ship. The 3rd carrier hull would have large shuttle bay doors front and back, several decks high. Inside the shuttle bay, the fighters would park along the walls, several decks high, leaving a long open shaft for craft to come in and out of as they launched and parked. The top of the carrier hull, when separated, would act as a docking port for midsize alien craft. The whole ship would resemble the Excelsior class, but much wider, and the Odyssey would be 3/4 the length of it. The empty area underneath the Excelsior would be where the carrier hull connects, making it one long hull that extends nearly as far as the attack cruiser's top nacelles. The carrier deck would be flat, with a little downward slanted lip at the front where it connects to the secondary hull, to remind you of the catch nets on a navy carrier. The top back section of the carrier hull would come up a few decks and be the command portion of that hull when separated. Spacecraft will enter the back (not land on top) and be totally enclosed in the safety of the carrier hull once onside. The attack cruiser section would have a secondary hull that sits on top of the front 3/4 of the carrier hull. The carrier hull would have its own deflector (also considered the secondary deflector) mounted underneath the front shuttlebay doors. When starfleet wants to evac a planet, the entire length of the large hollow tube of the carrier shuttlebay can have its volume filled with modular small living quarter pods (similar to modern day navy bunks) so that the tube section alone when filled with pods can sleep 15,000 souls. And even more when the rest of the ship bunks up tightly and uses every space on the ship possible for a multiday or weeks journey to the nearest starbases. Packed tightly, each fast attack carrier could rescue 25,000 souls, not counting the 2,000ish standard crew compliment. In a crises, the carrier hull separates while in orbit of the planet, beams up the civilians, while the cruiser section goes on the offensive further from the planet to protect evac operations. With its own full size nacelles, the carrier hull can warp out and get underway asap if need be, leaving the cruiser behind for planet defense or other operations. As I said earlier, in battle gameplay, the carrier hull is a slow moving pet with beam boat self defense as it launches and receives its attack craft. When separated, the cruiser section is the fast ship the players love piloting, with the fun and prestige of being a carrier captain. A ship that would be well worth $30 for its versatility in playing and versatility in the stories and missions the ship could be involved in. It could easily be the Enterprise G, but in the meantime, Id like it to be considered LaForge class. The cruiser section could come in all three variants, tac, eng, and sci for a full 3 pack bundle. And it would make sense in universe too, because a sci carrier could have some of its carrier shuttle bay filled with science equipment, or bring a ton of extra scientists on board for new planet research with portable lab pods. All I ask of the tac version is a Lt Cmdr tac seating.

The carrier hull nacelles could be mounted into the side of the hull to maintain its front profile sleekness, and maybe they fold out when going to warp or something.

There's two ships I'd really like to see. What I'd like to see is a T6 Star Cruiser, basically an upgraded version of the Vice Admiral ship that's already in the game.
The second thing that I'd like to see is a T6 Andorian battlecruiser, something Cryptic-designed or it could be the result of some contest.
The Andorian ship should have:
- 5/3 weapon slots, the Kumari was the first ship to have 5 forward slots so it should at least have that, and since this is a cruiser and an Andorian ship it shouldn't have less than the command cruisers.
- Ability to use dual cannons
- Somewhere between 1.25 and 1.3 shield modifier
- Turn rate comparable to the Sovereign
- 4 Tac, 2 Sci and 5 Eng console slots
- Access to the weapon and aggro cruiser commands
- +10 weapon power, +5 Shield and Engines power
-Standard Battlecruiser mastery traits +
-Starship trait: Not even anymore
Slotting this trait will result in a T5 Kumari warping in when your hull falls below 50%. Can only occur once every 2 minutes.
Special items:
- Andorian heavy phaser beam. Basically an omni-directional phaser beam but, as it is an Andorian design, slightly higher damage, perhaps Dmgx4 modifier.
- Set bonus when equipping both the Andorian dual heavy cannons found on the Kumari and this beam: +25% bonus phaser damage.
- Console: (Can't think of a name right now)
Adds 30 to all subsystems, also increases max subsystem power by 30.
Remains active for 20 seconds (the Yamato console adds +40 but it requires you to take damage before an actual increase occurs)
Set bonus when equipping the 3 Kumari consoles together with this one:
- Doubles the amount of Wing cannons that are launched (so that up to 4 can be active at the same time).
A T6 Nebula with a special slot that acts as the missions pod:
Choices of... Tactical: Acts as a foreward weapons slot (beams only) Engineering: One fighter/shuttle hangar (no frigates) Science: A non-Universal console slot
Universal Console - Multi-Mission Pod: The Console grants +20 to Starship Counter-Measure Systems and Starship Subpsace Decompilers. The console allows you to activate Tactical Mode. While in Tactical mode, your ship gains a +25 % bonus to turn rate and a +25 % bonus to weapon haste for 30 seconds.
Starship Mastery Trait - Sensor Hacking: When hitting a target with Jam Sensors, Scramble Sensors or Viral Matrix, the target suffers a -25 % penalty to Accuracy for the duration of the effect and you disable one random subsystem for 5 seconds.
2-Set Ability: Advanced Structural Systems: +3 Turn Rate. + 10 % Hull and +3 Auxilliary Power
3-Set Ability: Support Mode. You can activate this ability to increase the potency of all your hull and shield heals by 25 %, and the recharge rate of your engineering, science and intel abilities are increased by 25 %. This effect lasts for 30 seconds. You cannot activate Tactical mode while in Support Mode, and vice versa.
And for the KDF side of things for a cross-faction pack: Fleet Support Vessel Tier 6 Retrofit [T6] - ??? Class
2-Set Ability: Tactical Sensor Capabilities: +20 Starship Sensors and Starship Counter-Measure systems and when activating any Subsystem Targeting ability, you gain a +5 % bonus to Critical Hit Chance and a +20 % bonus to Accuracy for 10 seconds.
3-Set Ability: Advanced Structural Systems: +3 Turn Rate. + 10 % Hull and +3 Auxilliary Power
4-Set Ability: Support Mode. You can activate this ability to increase the potency of all your hull and shield heals by 25 %, and the recharge rate of your engineering, science and intel abilities are increased by 25 %. This effect lasts for 30 seconds. You cannot activate Tactical mode while in Support Mode, and vice versa.
Special: The Tier 6 Fleet Support Vessel can use the costumes of the Varanus, Draguas and the Phalanx.
Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.
A T6 version of the tac oddy would suffice for me. Keep the same weapon, console, and boff layout (including all current uni seats) - just maybe turn one of the Lt seats (pick one, doesn't matter) into a LtC Career/UniSpec seat. Standard T6 cruiser stats/mastery are fine, just increase the inertia to at least 30 and the turn rate to at least 7.

I like it, the support and attack mode options sound very nice.
Minor changes I personally would do to my personal dream Nebula (and Support ship for KDF and Roms maybe) is promoting the universal Lt to LTC, so CMDR Sci, LTC Eng/Intel, LTC Uni, Lt Tac, Ens Sci and the attack mode should maybe only affect torpedoes (cut their reloading time by a certain time).

T6 Vesta for me with an updated skin, fully updated T6-worthy stats/consoles, a good ship trait that enhances sci damage. A couple something/intel seats to allow for surgical strikes...
Keep the hangar to allow T6/elite pets, keep the aux cannon in case there's a day when cannons become useful again. Fed variant only of course. Science is what separates Starfleet from the Klingons and Romulan rabbles.

That are both things that I considered!
But it seems that most Tier 6 Retrofits don't get more than a Lt. Universal, so I decided to stay conservative.
I tried to keep the Tactical Mode simple, but a pure torpedo buff would certainly be interesting. I don't think we ever saw something like that on screen, but the mission module really looks like it should fire a bunch of torpedoes.

T6 aren't retrofits any more, they are new ships But so far, the galaxy got dual LTC as well and for the Nebula, it was always special since it's a pure c-store ship with no free variant, so a bit of special treatment is in order The uni LTC would really illustrate the versatility of the ship and keep the flavour. Plus, Nebulas are so prominent on the mirror side it's a good time for a T6 methinks

A Tier 6 Fleet Science Odyssey. It would be slightly smaller in design (but not by much) than the current one with a better turn rate and inertia. With 2,000 crew instead of 2,500; slightly more geared for combat than diplomatic missions but still capable of handling both. It's pylons would be straight like the Fleet Avenger and would still keep its split neck. It would have one hangar bay which would be its Aquarious fighter.
4 device slots, 11 consoles, 8 weapons, secondary deflector (cause it's science!), all four cruiser commands (cause it's a cruiser!), and sensor analysis...
Last but not least an updated Odyssey redesign Bridge (even more modern!), keep the tranporter pad, and add a conference room, and interior rooms.
For this I would pay around $100.00 for this single ship.
