So I decided I wanted to buy the Voyager bundle, which requires two purchases of Zen since there is no 5500 or 6000 ZEN option. First purchase, no problem. Second purchase said I had an error, and they could not contact the seller, or something to that effect. So I tried again, this time it says my purchase is under review. Check with PayPal, and they charged me all three times. I have the ZEN for the first one, none for the second two, and more money spent than I intended.
Here's the kicker: I can't get to billing support. I get nothing but redirect loops on the website, and blank screens in ARC. So an I just out of luck? Am I going to be forced to get my account banned doing charge backs because of customer no service?

I can't advise specifically in that but it's where to look for 1st, in my opinion based on 1st hand's experience. I could be wrong.
