NX Class Starship Replica

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I bought the Replica during the Pop Culture Hero Coalition charity donations. I was able to claim on all my chars without any problem. But today, after maintenance, the ship is locked like I never bought it.

I am from Belgium and english isn't my main language, sorry if I make mistakes.

    Check the promotions tab. My ships from the pop culture thing are there while in the ships tab it shows i need to buy them.

    Yeah, sometimes ships like that get bugged when bought during a promotion or as part of a larger pack. I bought the Enterprise Pack back shortly after I started playing (Wanted the flight suit-like uniform) and under the Ships tab it still acts like I don't own the NX, but I can reclaim the pack and get it no problem or claim it from an in-game Ship Requisitions Officer - have you checked with one of them?

    i have a similar issue , and its not in the promotions tab , i emailed them and filed a ticket
    funny thing other items i bought during that charity drive i still have , just the NX thats missing

    I got the NX Bundle, when claming the bundle, I get the ship. But the Ship is still at 500 Zen in Tier 1 and Lt. Laurel at ESD.

    I got the ship from one of the giveaway's and now I can't reclaim it. :(

    If you got the ship in the bundle, you have to drop any and all items from that bundle (excluding the clothing), before you can reclaim it on the same toon and get the ship again.
    Unfortunately, it seems to be set up as an All or Nothing deal.

    I got one off of Raptr and didn't see it on the C-Store at all.

    Which might be related to the fact that the launcher isn't tracking my play time...
