On the part where you warp to the star and have to destroy the 3 groups of Tholian ships, If you destroy the first group before answering Kal Dano's hail then you can't complete the mission. If you destroy the next 2 groups you will be stuck at 2/3 groups destroyed.

    This bug can also be triggered due to your ship spawning within 10 km of the tholian ships and being in combat before the dialog even populates. Even if you complete the dialog before destroying the ships it will result in the same bug. Or at least it has happened to me both times I have spawned within attack range.

    I am also encountering an issue with map transfers to Risa. I have been sitting at 41% for the last 10 minutes.

    Edit: After force closing STO and relaunching my toon started spawned on Risa.
