corsair exp boost / how to claim

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
so i recieved a the code from them https://sdqk.me/wtoI6K2W/star-trek-xp-boost

i put it on

https://www.arcgames.com/en/redeem

and it said it worked.... but i cant find it on the zen store under promotions
exept I got an exp boost some tiem ago and that still shows under promotions as claimed.....


soooo how do i gt my boost?

    Same thing happened to me. I think the Corsair codes technically unlock the same XP boost we unlocked previously through a different giveaway, so we cannot claim it again.
