Toon is stuck in yan nebula and cannon get out.

I was doing yan nebula as a rom allied with the KDF and when i tried scanning one of the triggers for that mission, i got kicked out of STO saying it failed to transfer the character, i log back in and find that not only can i not scan anything i cannot even leave the area at all, no warp out of system nor transwarp, also i cannot enter my bridge . Any ideas how to fix this?

    Hmmm... guess I should find some comfort in knowing it is not just me with this problem...although mine is somewhat different.
    My toon is a level 52 Klingon who just opened up the Deferi dailies...but upon trying to enter a Deferi Patrol he was DC'd. upon re logging in, I discovered that he was trapped in Alpha Quadrant and could not leave the map. No system tabs show any more and I even tried using the exits on the right side of the map...no luck. Then I tried trans warping...same result. Then I tried to use PvE Qs... at first everything looked good but map transfers failed. After repeated attempts I submitted a ticket and gave up for the night.
    Then today when I logged onto the toon, he seemed OK...until I tried a map transfer... then poof... DC'd and back to the not working state. I am hoping this can be fixed soon for a couple of reasons... one being that I may lose the rewards from the Mirror Invasion event if not... and the second being that I don't want to have to delete this toon after sending him good gear, etc...and putting so much work into him.
    If anyone has any helpful suggestions please submit them. I am sure we all will greatly appreciate it.
    Have to say tho... wonder if this is in any way related to the graphics problem that have been in game since the launch of season 11. If you don't know already, the dark screen and other weird graphics things going on can be fixed by minimizing the game and the re maximizing it. Makes me wonder what is causing this and wonder if these two problems are related to some kind of memory leak or something. Just a guess on my part...as I am not in any way a computer tech nut...nor a programmer. Just know what I know and see.

    I had a similar problem a few weeks ago (got stuck in fleet starbase system map and could not go elsewhere through any means, including the "Stuck" feature). Apparently, though, logging your character out for a few hours (might be less, but in my case 4 hours did the trick) should fix it. Hope it works for you (well, clearly it won't work for MacArthur, but hopefully the rest of you have better luck :/ )!

    I had the same thing. Send a ticket to GM.
    2 days later the GM send me an answer.
    Log out, use force Verify, if its not working send a bug report.
    On my second try they wrote me back 1 day later.
    After some tips i got this:
    "If for some reason the character is still stuck, please update this ticket so we can investigate this matter further."
    Few our after ticket update they moved my character and i can play agian.
    Make sure you try all tricks!!!
    Try hit Alt+F4 when logging in with your character, log back in and you can choose safe and normal login.
    Try force Verify at the launcher.
    Try change ship.
    Try log in and out 15 minutes or longer.
    Try transwarp,map change, join pvp,pve.

    If you still stuck send a ticket to GM tell them you tried all the tricks and ask them to move your character.
