Deep Space Nine Pack can't reclaim parts

The original series pack lets you continuousy reclaim the weapons and will always give you a new ship if one isn't in your inventory. Knowing that I had no reason to think the DS9 pack would be different, dismissed the shuttle, and now have no way to reclaim it for the admirality system. I have upgraded the weapons so I really don't want to erase them if there is some other way to get the shuttle, can anyone help me out?
