These Resist values can't be right

This ship has no equipment or boffs. there is no way it should have resists that high. Is this some sort of bug?

    You have traits and skills yourself, don't you?

    Also, I bet you took the screenshot on ground.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...

    My eng has 36% all resists before gear just from her skill table (6 points in both resist skills), it's possible between traits and ship mastery/ship traits/rep stuff to gain 10%

    most of my other ships dont reach that level of resist even with engi cons. I just dont see how an escort can out resist a cruiser without some extra armor

    Base resist is the same for all ships. I'm not sure why you get different stats for different ships though, have you rechecked the numbers to be certain?

    ok now im confused. Just checked some of my other ships and they seem to have more resist then they should as well. I think something happend during the last patch because before it my base resist was in the 30s not 40s. I hvaent changed any of my skills traits or specializations so I have no idea why I suddenly have more resist
