AHOD Trait and Scattering Field

All Hands on Deck do not reduce properly cooldown of Scattering Field (Science Captain ability).
When activating Scattering Field there is 30 seconds "timer" and AHOD does not work at all on Scattering Field fo 30 seconds.
Also Photonic Fleet have 3 second "timer". When this "timer" is active, AHOD and Photonic Capacitor Traits does not reduce cooldown of Photonic Fleet.
Please fix it ASAP.
