Overcharged for Subscription

Ok, today I decided to buy lifetime subscription because it was on sale according to the advertisement. Before clicking pay, I was shown the price of £128.33 However, as soon as I payed, I noticed that £154.00 has been deducted from my account. Charging people a different amount than you advertised is called FRAUD and is ILLEGAL. I understand things like VAT but every other subscription ive bought has that included in the price so it is still FRAUD and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I want the extra you charged refunded to my account or given a full refund. This is non negotiable. Deal with it or i WILL be dealing with action against Cryptic Studios. Thank you very much

    Not likely - UK you have to pay the VAT i believe and the price on the tin doesnt account for that as its a tax not part of the product

    Got my refund. Still BS that they didn't tell me about it and tried to ninja charge me. Not doing business with a company like that and now my game time has run out, i wont be coming back.

    It clearly says the £128.33 does not have the VAT included.
    As in different areas of the eu market which the UK is part of, has different levels of VAT as it is 15% to 25% depending were you are.
    In the UK it is at 20%.

    It is the UK government that took the extra 20% in VAT. So good luck on trying to get the money back off Osborne.
