Delta Quadrant Transfer Freezing?

Am I the only one who is getting freezing/crashing issues whenever you transfer to the Delta Quadrant from the Dyson Sphere or from returning after finishing a mission in the Delta Quadrant? Cause this has happened several times to me over the course of about a week. If so is there a fix for this or do I need to wait for it to be patched?
