Unable to send Fleet E-mails

The button to send a fleet e-mail is grayed out. I am a founder of my fleet, and have full permissions.
This did work as early as Thursday (5-NOV-15).
I created an in game case for this (# 3,802,190)
Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: 8-NOV-15... Please disregard, and mark this as closed. This is NOT an issue. It is a logical limitation on the fleet e-mail system: One fleet e-mail per day.
