Have Lifetime Acct, No Talaxians

Hey guys,
I have a lifetime account (over 1200 days and counting), and got reminded by the sale that we could create Talaxians. So I bought a new character slot, and went to get to work. Oddly enough, I can see my Liberated Borg option in all three factions, but no faction has Talaxians available. I remember when they came out I created one to see the options, but now I am not seeing the option even presented.
I put in a ticket, (151106-000080) which still hasn't been answered. It has the picture proof of both my lifetime account, and the lack of Talaxians on my klingons (Klingon selected, and you can see the bottom of his selection square, and the top of the Alien selection square, but not Talaxian in -between).
Please give me some guidance here on the next step to reclaiming this ability on my account. Since I got heavy into crafting the extra mats would be helpful, Thanks
