Any plans to help the Mac users out?

So the significant portion of people who play on the Mac client missed out on several giveaways related to S11 launch and new series promo, is there any plan in place to help us get those items?

    Considering they took the time to put the remark into the releasenotes, they've been clear on that there is a problem, that they are aware of it, and that they are working on a solution.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
