Tooltip snapping to vertical edge of window, gets confused with large tooltips

As an example, when searching the exchange for bridge officers and looking at their listed skills, it's easy to end up with a tooltip large enough that it doesn't seem to know what to do with it. Consequently it constantly alternates between snapping to the edge of the window, and rendering where it normally would.

Figured out a workaround of sorts, and a possible culprit as well: for some reason, the tooltips in the exchange want to snap to the right edge of the exchange window, but if there isn't enough room (horizontally) the tooltip then instead starts out next to the mouse cursor and attempts to snap onto whatever edge of the window is closest. Obvious workaround is to keep the exchange window as far to the left of the screen as possible, so there's plenty of room for the tooltip.
