Since Strategist is "Just" a Secondary Spec, I don't expect any Strategist ships. Of course, it could be later expanded to a primary spec and all that, but what is currently on Tribble is not a ship specialization. And as I understood it, they didn't intend for every specialization to also come with Bridge Officer abilities etc. (Even not for primary ones).
I still hope for some Cruisers with Pilot abilities. I know, Intel would probably be even more popular. Command Spec can always be justified thematically for cruisers, but it seems we already got a lot of variations in that.
