    Personally, it's because I don't beleive in lotteries.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...

    The Mannheim device will always spawn science vessels even when used in a destroyer, although they will still look like destroyers. The damage/healing mechanic has been dropped entirely so the overall effect is much the same as the orb of possibilities ground device.

    Also worth mentioning is that using it doesn't start a shared cooldown on things like Nimbus pirates or Delta reinforcements.
