T'Pol Uniform w/ Talaxians

When using the T'Pol uniform on a Talaxian, there is no Chest/Neck texture.

could you be more specific as to what you mean by texture?
do you mean that the skin portions of the Chest and Neck are missing thus invisible?
or do you mean that there is a visible T'Pol Upper uniform piece but the soft fabric looking texture is missing from it?

You can clearly see in this image, there is no Chest texture, and the head appears to be floating there.
