Two questions. Am i too late, and the second is, if I'm too late, is there any way i can still claim it. I'm asking this because i was one of many of the unfortunate victims of being stuck with only a mac to play on when a patch that was released, caused the Mac launcher to fail, causing many including me to miss out.
hmm, i log in every day to do my dailies, and the first thing i check is the c-store for any promo items. this was never in there. so in order to get this promo, did you basically have to read every news item posted every day to know to look in the bundles to see there was one to claim? You guys need to seriously alter how you do these promos. even a simple in-game mail message would be better than this...
Because of my Mac being bug-infested, I missed out on this opportunity. You give all Mac users this promotion for free, or "may whatever god you believe in have mercy on your souls!"
I feel your pain guys. I log in nearly every day and had no idea such a promotion existed. It wasn't until the day after it ended that I noticed it; when I was on the launcher and happened to notice the ad (which is still on there by the way). I find it a bit lame that I was actually in the game when it was going on and had no clue.

It was in the second tab from the top, the Enterprise Era Bundle. Marked 100% off. It was not in Promotions
Now a LTS and loving it.
Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.

Is the Enterprise Pack really an account unlock? I can't claim the NX-Ship on my Romulan, but I can claim the TOS Connie.
Yes. I've claimed it on my Fed Rom as well. Just reclaim the entire discount pack, not the ship itself. IOW, don't go the ship requisitions NPC in-game.
Sadly you only get the ship itself (even though you still have to claim the entire pack) for the Romulans, not the costumes. I so wish I could use the T'Pol costume on my rom.

If you're a fed Rom you can dress allied boffs with it.

I gotta agree with Davey... I bought the ENT pack years ago. meh. I actually bought half the stuff they've given away before it was given away. I don't care. I got the items when it was convenient for me rather than waiting for a giveaway.
