Can't discharge ships

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
Please help, I am unable to discharge ships, nothing I type in the box seems to work? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

For example, I have this support cruiser which I was awarded for ranking up ages ago. I have removed all it's components and want to get rid of the damn thing so I can buy a science type ship for use in admiralty missions but I can't get rid of the damned thing.

Any help gratefully received.

    Chances are, you are forgetting the U.S.S. before the shipname.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...

    Are you typing the full stops as well? There's three in the U.S.S. prefix.​​

    Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
    JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

    Thanks guys, I was missing a dot. Got rid of the nonsense ships now. Will have to source a nice science ship now for admiralty missions.

    The irony is, that immediately after I posted that reply to you, I missed a final full stop from my Miranda I was dismissing :D and had to triple check the spelling before working it out :D.​​
