Every time I log in I get a pop-up that lets me know that I have a unsupported video card and gives me a choice to play with lower settings or default settings. Of course the graphics are not that great and then I have playable issues like freezes that last for several seconds or longer. Buttons in the bars that do not go off when I click on them just a bunch of little things that make the game annoying and frustrating. My video card is AMD Fire Pro M5950 with Intel Core i5-2540M cpu @ 2.60 GHz processor. As I have said I never had any issues with games before just only STO and Neverwinter the thing is I bought a lifetime membership in STO a few years ago and Hereos of the north when Neverwinter came out. I just want to beable to enjoy the games.

So nothing? No fixes? So I guess I have to avoid Perfect World games in the future.

The only thing you can do is to update your videochip drivers.

As a suggestion, make sure you do a Clean Install of your Nvidia Drivers.
For some reason if you don't do this, the existence of the older ones seem to confuse Windows.
I had to install it twice last week when their newest driver hit for this very reason.
(might be the same problem with AMD but not sure)

From what I have recently seen, STO defaults to rendering with DirectX11. If your card does not support DirectX 11, you will have problems. You will need to change the rendering to DirectX9 in the options menu. This is one possible solution, though.
