"What Lies Beneath" / Maintenance Lift

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I can't unlock the maintenance lift. I'm standing in front of the console, it's glowing and if I put my cursor over it, it changes to the gear cursor. However, no amount of clicking, begging or pleading will unlock it. Please advise.

    Nevermind, I just skipped that entire episode. I hate it with a passion anyway, so I'm not sad about not doing it.

    Try gettings as close as possible , even jumping on it.

    Yeah, that's what I later found out would work. I ran into that same issue later in game. Thanks for the reply, tho! :)

    What I had to do at times, jump right on it. Works. I thought the reason was because my toon was as small as I could get him so he wasn't able to trigger the console.
