I am a lifetimer and I don't see liberated borg romulan anymore when I make a new toon. I can still make a fed or klingon one.
I am from Belgium and english isn't my main language, sorry if I make mistakes.

Same issue with Reman, before S11, i can make this toon ... With S11, system says "You need to buy it in C-store" ....
Strange I can make Reman...
