Broken Chat

Since the update yesterday, I am unable to see any chat other than my fleet's private chat channel. A fleet mate has verified that my chat is going through the different channels, but I cannot see what others have typed unless they are in my fleet. I am experiencing this on all of my characters. I have reset my chat options to default, reset my privacy settings, and force verified through the launcher.

    Some further information. I am unable to receive private tells. I do see the NPC chat, system messages, and messages from combat.

    Today's update did not change anything for me. Chat still broken. Ticket # 3,788,619

    No change after today's maintenance.

    I was able to restore my chat using the /whitelist_chat 0 command.
