I like the concept of those designs but those are ships that cannot land, the Excalibur engineer section is so low to the ground that is impossible to land with it without flipping it over head over hills.

Well the scimitar one says "Tier Six dreadnought" an is the scimitar concept art so i guess like many suspected it will come (not surprised), though honestly it kinda reminds me of a Tal'shiar adapted design variant of the scimitar. Though i don't really like the Excalibur compared to something like this concept of the Enterprise F.

Me like, but somehow reminds me of the Vulcan science ship
I agree i think it was meant to be almost a merger of that with more traditional fed design or specifically the voyger style. I do like that Heavy/seige cruiser design, that could be a terran empire or kdf specific/unqieu design that would fit nicely, but does kinda remind me of the Vaadwaur design too.
Lol. That Fed ship looks so derpy, like one of those extremely disproportionate cartoon characters with a huge torso/head and dinky little legs.
As for the Rom ships, I'm struggling to understand the practical/functional purpose of such a design. All of that... stuff... doesn't seem like it would serve any purpose. The second one in particular would also likely be a nightmare to produce as a game model asset.
Voth Bulwark a Voth city ship are already in the game. Play quick mission The Breach. And IMO Reman scimitar is ugly enough, now they added another reman design( which was originally intended for a Scimitar ) romulan pilot ships, according to the forum about which a lot of people think they are ugly. If you like strange design with many spikes, buy Tal'Shiar adapted cruiser. And T6 Scimitar is bad idea i think. Enough bad that Romulan flagship is reman experimental Weapon of Mass destruction delivery.
Those are all truly ugly designs. Bad looking ships is bad. Also think about the poly count.
Not a fan of them myself, Starfleet vessels are generally sleek and elegant designs, the Excalibur is just hideous
"The meaning of victory is not to merely defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to completely eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush utterly his achievement and remove from all record his every trace of existence. From that defeat no enemy can ever recover. That is the meaning of victory."

The Romulans ships...sorry I don't feel like flying the R.R.W. Spikey Mess
And the Excalibur...just so fuggly and described as a dog dragging his rear on the floor...I kinda agree.

Still... what we have, especially the more recent ones, are pretty good.
