Kolasi and Kara hangar cooldown issue

Kolasi Destroyer and Kara Advanced Warbird hangar cooldowns are not influenced by auxiliary power setting. Cooldowns remain at 40 seconds for basic fighters regardless of auxiliary power level.

Tested on Kolasi Siege Destroyer and Fleet Ha'apax Advanced Warbird T6.

The FED's Dreadnought doesn't seem to have this issue and is able to launch pets more frequently.

    LOL, I hope with three threads on this issue now it will be addressed and fixed.

    We reported it, devs confirm a fix was made and is waiting for release.​​
