Launcher won't start

i had a power outtage while in game the other day and now when i try to start the sto launcher it immediately goes to a crash report. Anybody know a work around for this, extremely frustrated. I know there is nothing wrong with my account as i tried running sto on a different computer and it worked fine. how do i completely uninstall sto off my computer and reinstall it so that it works again, once again launcher won't launch.

nah thats not the issue, it was doing this last night too and it worked fine on my laptop

neverwinter's launcher will not start for me either

getting error ticket id : 36583199 if that means anything

That 12 hours of maintenance did wonders I see. Getting the same message.

you are getting the ticket error id? just tried it on my laptop and the launcher boots up fine, but yeah red light on the server

i still can't figure out why the damn launcher won't start this is driving me nuts

Not the world's most helpful advice I know, but have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?
If that doesn't work I have no clue.

tried that several times, no luck

i've tried everything besides formatting my computer pretty much, that may be the next step

solved this problem, did a system restore to when STO was working and its fine now
