Molecular Cohesion Nullifier does not work on T6 Dreadnoughts

The Universal Console - Molecular Cohesion Nullifier (from the T6 Explortation Cruiser, part of the Enhanced Engineering Set) does not work on T6 Federation Dreadnoughts (Fleet or regular). The item states that is should, and all other items in that set do equip:
"Any Exploration Cruiser variant or Starfleet Dreadnought Cruiser variant"

You get the error: "Class requirements not met" when attempting to equip.

    This is a known issue that's been reported. I encourage you to put in an in game bug report in so they can see how far the problem goes and so on.

    Have you tried switching instances? Mine works after today's patch.
